BreatheDEEP™

A musical breathwork journey to an altered state of consciousness.

What is BreatheDEEP™?

BreatheDEEP™ is a live breathwork experience set to deep house music — held in an intimate venue with atmosphere you can feel. You lie back, breathe with intention, and let the music do the rest.

We're talking real DJ sets, atmospheric lighting, and a guided breathwork journey that takes you somewhere most people never get to go — fully sober, fully present, fully in your body.

Tracey Quayle is a counsellor of 20+ years, a qualified breathwork instructor and certified psychedelic-assisted therapist. She leads the breathwork, while her husband Scott (aka DJ Scotty Q) provides the soundtrack — a carefully curated deep house set designed to move with the breath.

What kind of breathwork is this?

This is NOT our emotional release breathwork — we won't be taking you into deep trauma processing or deliberately triggering emotional material. But it's more than a basic breath awareness practice.

The session runs 90 minutes and follows a gentle arc:

  • 20 minutes — a soft introduction to settle in, connect with your body, and find your breath

  • 40 minutes — conscious connected breathing, the active phase. This technique can shift your state of consciousness, producing sensations, emotions, or experiences that are often described as profound, unexpected, or deeply peaceful. You'll be guided the whole way through.

  • 30 minutes — a soft landing and meditation to integrate and come back gently

Most people describe the experience as unlike anything they've done before. Come with curiosity, not expectations.

The experience

Expect: dim lighting, a haze machine, floor space to lie down, and a room full of people who came to feel something real.
