Time: 10am – 1pm
Location: The Raw Space, Henley Brook
Price: $250
Please note spaces are limited to a maximum of 10 people
Who this journey is for…
So many people I work with are “coping.”
They’re functioning. They’re achieving. They’re managing households, careers, children, relationships.
But they are not releasing.
When we don’t process emotions, they don’t vanish.
They get stored in the body.
And eventually that shows up as:
Stress and anxiety
Reactivity
Exhaustion or burn out
Emotional numbness
Feeling disconnected from yourself
Breathwork gives your body a safe way to release all of that.
And who it is not for…
it’s important to know that breathwork is a powerful practice, but it isn’t suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, severe asthma, cardiovascular conditions, glaucoma, recent surgery or a history of psychosis, we don’t recommend participating in this practice.
What this journey is…
This is a guided emotional release breathwork experience.
Over 90 minutes, I will gently guide you into an altered state of consciousness using a specific breathing technique that activates the body and bypasses the thinking mind.
This allows:
Emotions to surface safely
Physical tension to release
Stored stress to move
Your nervous system to reset
This isn’t a meditation.
It’s active.
It can be powerful.
And it can create profound shifts.
You’ll walk away with…
My clients often leave feeling:
Lighter
Clearer
Calmer
Less reactive
More emotionally open
Deeply connected to themselves
During active breathwork, the breathing pattern stimulates the autonomic nervous system, which is the system responsible for your fight-or-flight and rest-and-digest responses.
Initially, the breath can gently activate the sympathetic nervous system (your stress response). But because you’re in a safe, supported environment, your body isn’t reacting to danger, it’s releasing stored activation.
As the breath continues, the vagus nerve - which plays a key role in regulating your nervous system - becomes stimulated. This supports a shift into the parasympathetic state, often referred to as “rest and digest.”
This is where the body can:
Discharge stored stress
Soften muscle tension
Reduce emotional charge
Restore regulation
In simple terms, breathwork helps you complete stress cycles that were never fully processed.
I am not only a qualified breathwork facilitator, I am also a counsellor with over 20 years’ experience.
And over the years I found that often talk therapy is not enough.
People need to physically let go of their trauma, grief, stress, anxiety or hurt.
With this experience behind me, I will ensure:
The space is carefully facilitated
Your nervous system is supported
You are guided through the entire experience
We close with integration
And you’ll receive a follow-up debrief call with me

There is no “right” way to experience this. Some releases are subtle. Some are powerful. Every nervous system works differently.

Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, a cushion or pillow and a blanket. Mats, headphones and an eye mask will be provided.
-
That’s completely normal. We finish with grounding integration, and you’ll have a debrief call with me the following day for additional support.

INo. Sharing is completely optional.
There will be space at the end for integration and reflection, and you’re welcome to share if it feels supportive for you. But there is absolutely no expectation or pressure to speak.
