I’ll be honest — this time of year always throws me off.
The cold, the grey skies, the lack of light… it messes with my energy and rhythm. I find myself reaching for my phone more, moving less, and feeling just a little more disconnected from the version of myself I know feels good.
So this July, I’m doing something about it. And I’d love you to join me.
We’re kicking off a free 30-Day Reconnect Challenge — a chance to gently show up for ourselves each day, in some small, nourishing way.
No rigid program. No right or wrong.
The only “rule” is this:

Maybe it’s a walk in the cold air.
A few deep breaths before bed.
A quiet coffee on the back step.
Or saying no to something that’s been draining you.
Each of these moments helps us:
Lift our energy and awareness
Shift habits that no longer serve us
Clear some of the emotional noise we’ve been carrying
And Align with the version of ourselves we want to live as
We’ll be sharing our own daily rituals too — Scott and I will be posting throughout the month to keep it real and gently motivating. Not as “leaders,” but as fellow humans walking the walk beside you.
This isn’t just a challenge. It’s the beginning of something we’ve long dreamed of creating — a real community. One where we lift each other up, celebrate the small wins, and stay connected when life wants to pull us off course.
And to keep it fun, we’ll be giving away a 6-month subscription to my favourite breathwork app (Othership) to one of our group members at the end of the month.

Who is this for?

Whether you’ve joined a retreat before or you’re totally new here, this space is for you.
What do I need to do?
Just one small act each day that helps you feel more grounded, centred, or joyful.
That’s it. No rules. No streaks. Just intention.

Do I have to post every day?
Not at all.
This is about showing up for yourself — not for anyone else.
But we do encourage you to share your wins (big or small) when you feel like it. Seeing others show up often gives us the nudge we need to do the same.
Where is it happening?
In a private WhatsApp group (or Facebook group — update as needed), where Tracey and Scott will be posting regular check-ins, gentle prompts, and sharing their own moments of reconnection.
It’s not a course. It’s not content-heavy. It’s a shared space — built on honesty, encouragement, and small daily rituals that remind us who we are.
What kind of support will I get?
This is a self-led challenge with Tracey and Scott in the group as guides and fellow participants.
You’ll receive encouragement, shared reflections, and a soft nudge when you need it most — but the biggest support often comes from simply being part of a group of people who are walking a similar path.
What’s the competition?
At the end of the 30 days, we’ll be giving away a 6-month subscription to Tracey’s favourite breathwork app (Othership) to one group member.
